Return & Refund Policy

We only accept return/exchange purchased at

All return/exchange product must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the goods.

Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defects caused by vandalism, slightly off-line or crochet, negligence, misuse, fade, stains, shrink, failure to follow our instructions in use of the products, it will not qualified for a return/exchange.

If your exchanging the item due to a mistake or quality issues made by, we will be responsibility for return postage and send your new item free of shipping charges.

All orders are checked before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please send us an email ( In email of return/exchange request, you have to attach the pictures to show defect/shortages and detailed note/reason why you want to return/exchange with your order number, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

All the return/exchange have to be in original packages and labels, and the goods/products must be in unused and good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange if the item is not in unused condition.

You will bear the return postage charges. A MIER Q will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. To prevent lost, we recommend you save the shipping receipt for your records and send your tracking information in email of return/exchange request to us.

Once we have received and checked the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 48 hours after the confirmation. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
